KANSAS CITY, MO. – JetHQ has added a veteran aircraft sales director to its highly experienced international team. The aircraft transaction and brokerage company announces that Kani Saritas has joined its Dubai, United Arab Emirates, office as Vice President of Sales.

Saritas, with 15 years of aviation experience, will serve clients in the Middle East and Africa. He comes to JetHQ after serving as Jet Aviation’s Senior Director Regional Sales, where he helped increased market share by double digits and closed multi-million dollar maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO) deals.

“Kani’s proactive approach to aviation sales and marketplace trends has served his clients well,” says JetHQ Founder and Managing Director Garett Jerde. “He shares their entrepreneurial mindset and brings strong analytical acumen to the table, adding value to transactions and creating long-term business relationships.”

Overseeing MRO and fixed-base operator (FBO) sales for Jet Aviation’s markets in the Middle East, India and Turkey, Saritas led a production site revenue increase of 40 percent, adding to the customer base and implementing more efficient quotation tools. He served five years as Regional Director Sales for Lufthansa Technik and has also worked for Eurospace GmbH in his native Germany. He specialized in aerospace engineering at the University of Stuttgart.

Saritas will work under Rebecca Johnson, President of JetHQ EMEA, who was promoted to lead of that division. He joins Rohit Kapur, President of JetHQ Asia, as a recent addition to the company’s international team.
