Cole’s leadership traits come through no matter where he’s been. As a tank platoon leader, on the baseball diamond or within aviation sales, he’s developed a rapport with others, who trust him in big spots. He leads JetHQ’s central and mountain west U.S. sales territories.

Playing Division I baseball at the United States Military Academy, Cole was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates to play professionally. He fulfilled his military service, leading an Army tank platoon, before joining the Pirates’ minor-league organization, where he played with future major-league stars.

He entered the world of aviation, working with Mente Group, where he managed strategy and consulting for four years, then diversifying his skills in transactions and market research. He works out of a Dallas base for JetHQ, and spends time traveling with his wife and young son.
