Butch Lang, Vice President

Butch LangButch’s passion for aviation began when he entered Naval Aviation Officer Candidate School after graduating from Henderson State University. He soon became a Navy Pilot and subsequently served as a Mission Commander and Aircraft Commander in VQ-1 Flying EP-3’s reconnaissance aircraft in Vietnam, Middle East, and the Asia Pacific. After Vietnam, Butch returned to Pensacola Florida as a Navy flight instructor. After leaving the Navy Butch became an airline pilot for Frontier Airlines flying B737’s and MD-80’s. He holds an ATP certificate with numerous turbo-jet type ratings and has accumulated over 10,000 hours of flight time.

Butch started his Aircraft Sales career in 1986 at Raytheon  Aircraft as Regional Sales Director in Denver Colorado. He later became a factory-direct Regional Sales Director responsible for Hawker and Beechcraft sales in the Central United States. Butch specialized in taking poorly performing sales territories and restoring them to active and productive areas. Also during this period, he founded an Aircraft Management company, eventually managing 6 turbo-jets.

With over 30 years of aircraft sales experience, Butch has completed over 250 aircraft transactions worth over $500 million. Butch brings extensive knowledge and experience as a pilot and as an aircraft consultant.
